I'm currently living in the South which most of you know isn't very accepting of lgbtq+. I found out that Mississippi has signs of law in which people can discriminate against the lgbtq community. This law is being filed under religious freedom it's not freedom it's prejudice. Why can't people just love each other? Why can't we be ourselves without others shunning us? Why are we always the ones to be put down for who we love? I'm ashamed to be born in the south. I'm scared that I, as a lesbian, in the future might not be able to even get married to the one I love. What is the law for same-sex marriage is banned? That scares me the most. Becau
